Website boundary

This site has no file upload or product-account flow. The waitlist accepts only an email address, freezes bounded first- and signup-touch attribution, screens automated submissions, validates input server-side, and stores records in a separate Neon database. Security headers restrict framing, content-type sniffing, referrer leakage, camera, microphone, and location access.

Release gates

Email collection remains fail-closed unless the database, Resend configuration, sender, reply-to, canonical HTTPS origin, and explicit feature gate are all present. The Mac beta must pass Developer ID signing and Apple notarization before download copy is enabled.

Product boundary

AI-Ready Folder is designed to enumerate and extract locally, show scope before remote processing, send only bounded text or metadata after consent, and leave existing originals unchanged. These claims remain pre-release requirements until verified against the shipping build.
